Tom has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Waverly Heights since July 2010. From 2006 until joining Waverly, he was the Executive Director for Christ’s Home Retirement Community, a continuing care retirement community located in Bucks County, PA. Prior to 2006, Tom served as Administrator and Regional Director of Operations at Manor Care, Inc. Tom began his professional career in 1991, working in various management positions with The Four Seasons Hotel Chain. He received his B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University in 1991. In 1995, he received his Master of Management degree in Health Care Administration. Tom is a licensed nursing home administrator.
